Your wedding day deserves to be remembered for how it felt — the anticipation before the ceremony, the laughter between portraits, and the quiet moments that often go unseen. My approach is simple: capture your day with honesty, warmth, and a cinematic touch that turns fleeting memories into timeless imagery.

These packages are designed for intimate weddings, elopements, and smaller celebrations throughout Louisville and beyond — crafted with intention to preserve every meaningful moment as it naturally unfolds.

1. Do you travel for destination weddings?

I primarily photograph weddings in Louisville, Kentucky, and nearby areas — but I’m always open to traveling for the right story. If you’re planning a destination wedding, I’d love to chat more! Travel fees or accommodations may apply depending on location.

2. Do you help with planning our engagement session?

Of course! I want your engagement session to reflect you — your story, your style, and your favorite places. Most of my sessions take place outdoors around Louisville, but the location is completely up to you. If you’re still deciding, I’m always happy to share recommendations and help you find a spot that fits your vision.

3. What's the cancellation or rescheduling policy?

If you need to reschedule, just let me know at least 48 hours in advance and I'll do my best to accommodate. If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, the retainer is forfeited.

At this time I offer high-resolution digital files for personal use, which you can print anywhere.

I accept Venmo and Zelle. At this time, I do not accept credit cards or cash. Your 30% retainer is due at booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of your session, before we begin shooting. For wedding packages, the remaining balance is due 2 weeks before the wedding day.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Of course! You’re welcome to share any poses, shot lists, or inspiration you’d like included. I’ll make sure to capture what’s most important to you while keeping the flow of the session natural and relaxed.

7. do you back up my photos?

Your online gallery will remain live for 30 days after delivery. Please download and back up your images right away — I cannot guarantee file storage after that.

8. How long till I receive the final photos?

On average, you will receive your final edited gallery within 3-4 weeks after your session. Final delivery time is subject to change depending on your chosen package. Your gallery will be sent via a private online link.
